1. The Watch Face Applications

  • Data Isolation: Our Watch Faces operate primarily as standalone entities. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal health information (such as Heart Rate, Steps, or Body Sensors) on any servers owned by the Developer.
  • On-Device Processing: All health and fitness data displayed on the watch face is retrieved directly from your device’s sensors or the operating system (e.g., Wear OS, HealthKit, or Samsung Health) solely for the purpose of real-time display.

Data Retention

Because we do not transmit your personal health data to our own servers, we do not retain any user data. All health and fitness data is stored temporarily on your device by the operating system and is erased or managed according to your device’s global settings.

Application Permissions

To provide full functionality, our applications may request access to specific permissions on your device. You may decline these permissions via your system settings, though some features (like step counters or weather) may become unavailable.

  • Sensors / Body Sensors: Used strictly to read raw data (like heart rate) to display it on the screen.
  • Activity / Physical Activity: Used to retrieve step counts or calorie data.
  • Location (Optional): Used strictly to retrieve local weather updates or sunrise/sunset times (if the watch face supports these features). This data is processed locally or transmitted anonymously to a weather provider solely for the purpose of fetching the forecast. We do not track, store, or share your location history.

Complications and Third-Party Data

Our Watch Faces may support “Complications”—customizable data fields that display information from other apps installed on your device (e.g., Calendar, Battery, Weather).

  • We do not control or process the data provided by these third-party complications.
  • The privacy, security, and integrity of that data are governed by the privacy policy of the specific app providing the information.
